For new installations, we level the floor, replace the flange if needed, and seal correctly so you don't get a future leak.

Should I repair or replace?
If it's pre-2000 (uses 3+ gallons per flush) and you're calling about it twice a year, replace. Modern 1.28 GPF toilets work better and cost less to run.
