What's included
Disposals fail in three ways: jammed (we free it with a hex wrench and reset the breaker), leaking from the body (replace), or the motor's dead (replace). We install InSinkErator and Waste King units, match horsepower to the cabinet size, and check the dishwasher drain line is properly looped while we're under there.

Frequently asked questions
Mine just hums but won't spin.
Jammed. There's a hex slot on the bottom — turning it back and forth usually frees it. Then hit the red reset button.
How long does a disposal last?
8–15 years for a half-horsepower unit, longer for a 1 HP. Hard water shortens that.
