Absolutely. We install owner-supplied fixtures — we'll just tell you up front if we see a quality concern with the model.
Why do the shutoff valves need replacing?
Old multi-turn valves seize from never being touched. While we're under the sink anyway, swapping to quarter-turn ball valves is cheap insurance.
