Electric tank water heater repair and replacement.

What's included
Electric tanks are simpler than gas — two heating elements, two thermostats, and no combustion to vent. We diagnose element failures, replace bad thermostats, swap failed tanks, and upsize when needed. For homes considering a switch from gas to electric (often during a remodel), we coordinate with the electrician for the 30A double-pole circuit.

Frequently asked questions
I have warm water but not hot — bad element?
Usually the upper element. The lower element heats the bottom, the upper finishes the top — when only the lower works, you get warm.
Are heat pump water heaters better?
Significantly more efficient (3x), but cost 2–3x more. Worth it for high-use households or anyone with high electric rates.
