What's included
If sewage came up through a floor drain or tub, you need a fast diagnosis: is it the city main, your main, or a fixture branch? We clear the immediate blockage, identify the root cause via camera, and connect you with a remediation contractor for cleanup. We also install backwater valves to prevent it happening again.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do the cleanup too?
We handle the plumbing side — clearing the blockage and getting drains flowing. For the sewage cleanup itself we refer to a remediation specialist (your insurance usually pays for this part).
How does a backwater valve work?
It's a one-way check valve installed in the main line. If the city sewer surcharges, the valve closes and protects your home from backup.
