We snake or auger from the nearest cleanout, clear the blockage, and test with full-volume hot water before we leave. If we find the clog is actually a main-line issue, we transfer the cost of the drain visit toward the bigger repair.

We warranty drain cleaning for 30 days. Repeat issues usually mean a deeper problem — we'll camera-inspect under the warranty.
Can I use a chemical drain cleaner instead?
Please don't. They damage pipes, rarely fix the real clog, and make our job harder if you call us after. Try a plunger first.
